1) Flirt with him cause he's cute.
2) Raise a middle finger at him cause he looks totally AP.
3) Repeat yourself a few times in english that it's over 5.30pm and there's nothing you can do to help. Also refuse to ask around the office to see if anyone can assist the customer.
4) Switch on the computer again to perform the redemption because it's just a small favour. Or at least ask around to see if anyone else can do it.

If you chose 3, do yourself a favour and NEVER get into the service line. Huge MNC brands (hi Sharp!) probably need to train their workers for give customers a better experience.
