Cherie: Damn, for a moment I thought I really became drool-worthy! =(
Smellybums: SMELLYBUMS?! Weirdest nickname I've seen all year! Kaya is um... (this is too difficult) a spread that Asians have on their breads and toasts.
Made from eggs, coconut milk and lotsa sugar, it comes in icky-green or scary-orange colours. Some loosely translate Kaya to "Egg Jam" in an attempt to make non-asians understand what it is (and they normally don't).
So here's a picture for reference! http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v678/Rachelsng/KC%20pics/CIMG00331.jpg
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: The look doesn't do the taste justice. Drop by Asia and try it sometimes when you can!
EQUALLY IMPORTANT NOTE: Asia Tourism companies probably need to hire me for marketing...

Are you sure yours' not some kiwi jam or random-slime in the fridge? *doubts the intercontinentality of something like Kaya*

dudey i'm allergic to kiwi's. i don't think i'm about to eat a paste made out of it..

I never knew kiwis can be sweet till last month. And sweet kiwis taste suuuuuuuperbbbbbbbb!
Anyways, remember the forumla of (kaya + butter + bread) x toast, and it'll stick with you for life =)
